E-mail from Michael Roll to Charlotte Leslie MP (October 8, 2013): "Faith" Schools

To Charlotte Leslie MP

Thank you for your letter dated 30 September confirming that you have forwarded my complaint against “faith” schools to the education minister.

Thanks to the appalling attack on Malala in Pakistan, the young girl who only wanted to go to school, and the fact that the mullahs excommunicated Professor Abdus Salam, the Nobel Laureate for physics and the greatest scientist that Pakistan has ever produced, people throughout the world now realise just how dangerous it is to brainwash children with supernatural religious absurdities.

It is now obvious that the hatred within Islam is just as terrible as the hatred within Christianity. Mental child abuse is a heinous crime against humanity and this must now carry the same penalty as the physical kind. As the American astronomer Carl Sagan made very clear in his 1980 television series, if we had been following the great Greek scientists and philosophers instead of the priests who destroyed this civilization we would have reached the moon in the tenth century.
